Indication Being Studied: Constipation-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

Summary of Study: This study is open to men and women, age 18 or older, with constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Individuals who qualify to participate in this study will receive study medication or placebo, and study-related medical care, at no-cost to the participant or their insurance.

Number of Visits: Up to 10 visits.

Duration of Study: Up to 32 weeks.

Who can Participate: Men and women, age 18 or older, who have constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).  Additional inclusion/exclusion criteria will be reviewed with interested individuals during screening.

Subject Compensation: Subject conpensation (up to $500) is available upon completion of the study.
