Eosinophilic Esophagitis

Eosinophilic Esophagitis or EoE is the buildup of Eosinophil (a type of white blood cell) in the lining of the esophagus. This can damage the esophageal tissue and can cause difficulty eating or food to get caught when swallowing.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 11-55 years of age
  • 3 episodes a week of food impaction or trouble swallowing
  • On a PPI (Nexium, Omeprazole, Dexilant)
