Individuals who have been diagnosed with celiac disease still have occasional symptoms such as abdominal pain, abdominal cramping, bloating, and gas, despite being on a gluten-free diet. If you have celiac disease and experience some of these symptoms periodically, this might be a good study for you.

Eligibility Criteria

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Patients have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease through blood work and an Endoscopy (EGD).
  • Patient has been attempting a gluten free diet for at least 6 months.
